Auch in diesem Jahr findet das legendäre Rock-Festival Nova Rock im österreichischen Nickelsdorf statt. Rund 160.000 Besucher können dabei Bands wie Die Toten Hosen, Billy Talent, Rise Against, Marilyn Manson oder The Offspring auf den Pannonia Fields II live erleben.
Zusätzlich gibt es in diesem Jahr eine dritte Bühne, die vor allem den nationalen Künstlern eine Plattform bieten soll.
